Corey Harbison is a performance-focused personal trainer and fitness leader with 25+ years in the industry and a deep background in strength & conditioning, body transformation, and injury-aware training. He’s worked across every level of athlete and lifestyle client—from everyday beginners to elite performers—bringing a no-fluff, results-driven approach that prioritizes performance, longevity, and confidence.
Corey’s strength & conditioning experience spans NFL, UFC, and NCAA athletics (including women’s lacrosse, men’s football, and men’s and women’s track & field). His training specialties include pre- and post-natal, elite athlete development, sports nutrition, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, and geriatric fitness, allowing him to build programs that are both aggressive enough to drive change and smart enough to keep clients healthy and progressing.
In addition to training, Corey brings 10+ years of hands-on work in massage therapy and injury prevention, including neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, deep tissue, shiatsu, mobility work, corrective therapy, and weight loss support. That blend of performance training and recovery expertise gives clients a unique advantage: better movement quality, fewer setbacks, and stronger long-term outcomes.
Corey also has extensive experience in stunt and aesthetics-driven physique preparation, working as a performance coach for lead and supporting actors across major productions including Marvel/Disney, Paramount Studios, network television, and Broadway. His work includes role-specific body composition prep and on-set strength, conditioning, and nutrition support throughout production—helping talent look, move, and perform at their best when it matters most.
On the leadership side, Corey has served in high-level roles including Director of Operations and Regional Fitness Director, where he built programs, developed teams, recruited and trained staff, elevated performance standards, and drove operational excellence across multiple locations.
